Account Deletion Guide

This guide explains how to delete your Owlery account and all associated data from our application.
⚠️ Important Warning
Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems, including:
- Your profile information and photos
- All lesson and session history
- Payment history and account balance
- Student information and records
- Calendar integrations
This action cannot be undone. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Owlery account directly from within the mobile application by following these steps:

Open the Owlery App on your mobile device and log in to your account.

Navigate to Settings by tapping the settings icon in the app's navigation menu.

Scroll down to the Support section at the bottom of the Settings page.

Tap on "Delete Profile" (shown with a red warning style).

Confirm deletion by typing "DELETE" (in capital letters) when prompted.

Your account will be permanently deleted from our systems, including your authentication credentials.
What Happens After Deletion?
Once you delete your account:
- All your personal information will be permanently removed from our database
- Your authentication credentials will be deleted from Firebase
- Your profile photos will be removed from cloud storage
- All lesson records and payment history will be deleted
- You will be immediately logged out of the application
- You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Owlery again
